The New Sweden - Some robberies

The New Sweden Tuesday, Feb 3, 2009

10:16 PM Helsingborg: A bus driver has been robbed. The perpetrators went to attack at a bus stop near Bårslöv church.

The police were quickly on the site and began immediately to search for the perpetrators. Late on Tuesday evening, the robbers were still not encountered.

7:16 PM Two eleven-years-old boys were robbed and threatened with a knife by a few years older boy in Södermalm in Stockholm.

The robber forced them to hand over a mobile phone before he ran away from the site. The police are searching for him, including a dog.

5:00 PM Flower power, the ideas and beliefs of some young people in the 1960s and 1970s who opposed war and encouraged people to love each other. Now it seems like the war has come to the little town Hässleholm.

"A masked robber armed with a knife tried to rob a flower shop. He wanted money, but something spoiled it for him and he left.

Several police patrols, including a police dog, are on the site to search for the robber and to question witnesses and the shop assistant."
Do the police really think that they will find the robber behind a flowerpot?

"As late as last Thursday, a desperate masked and armed man robbed a bank in Hässleholm. He also tried to rob two more banks in the district. Several police patrols chased the robber, but he managed to escape. He came across about $500 in Swedish kronor."
I think this says it all about how worthless the police are in Sweden. They can’t even arrest a desperate man who attempts to rob three banks and also walks between them.

"Last Saturday morning a couple were beaten, physically abused and robbed of their mobile phone in Hässleholm."

11:35 AM Now, you can’t even feel safe while taking out unwanted garbage bags.

"Robbery attempt against a woman in a garbage room in Helsingborg. Two masked people in their 20s armed with a knife threatened a woman, but failed to get anything from her."

Here are some of the latest robberies in the New Sweden. More to come
